Quick Chicken-Stuffed Croissants
Konnichiwa! To all the aspiring chefs and food lovers. Chef Mikoto brings to you a hearty breakfast recipe that is both simple and quick to make. So grab your Toques, tie your aprons and let's get cooking.
Ingredients
- 1 pack Croissant Dough
- 1 cup Cooked Chicken
- 1/2 cup Shredded Cheese
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Diced Bell Peppers
- 1/4 cup Diced Onions
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- To Taste Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven according to the instructions on the croissant dough package.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, shredded cheese, mayonnaise, diced bell peppers, diced onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
- Unroll the croissant dough and separate it into triangles. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture at the base of each triangle.
- Starting from the base, roll the croissant dough around the chicken mixture to form the croissant shape. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven according to the package instructions for the croissant dough, typically around 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Once baked, remove from the oven and allow them to cool slightly. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
