Quick Chicken-Stuffed Croissants

Ingredients

  • 1 pack       Croissant Dough
  • 1 cup         Cooked Chicken
  • 1/2 cup     Shredded Cheese
  • 1/4 cup     Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup     Diced Bell Peppers
  • 1/4 cup     Diced Onions
  • 1 tsp          Garlic Powder
  • To Taste   Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven according to the instructions on the croissant dough package.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, shredded cheese, mayonnaise, diced bell peppers, diced onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
  3. Unroll the croissant dough and separate it into triangles. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture at the base of each triangle.
  4. Starting from the base, roll the croissant dough around the chicken mixture to form the croissant shape. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven according to the package instructions for the croissant dough, typically around 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Once baked, remove from the oven and allow them to cool slightly. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
