Vegan Avocado Toast

Ingredients

Slices of Bread

Ripe Avocado

Lime Juice

1  Tsp

Salt & Pepper

(To Taste)

Red Flakes

(Optional)

Cilantro

(Optional)



Instructions

  1. Toast the bread slices in a toaster or under the broiler until they are crispy and golden brown.
  2. While the bread is toasting, cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop the flesh into a small bowl and mash it with a fork.
  3. Add the lime juice, salt, and pepper to the mashed avocado and stir until combined.
  4. Spread the avocado mixture evenly onto each slice of toast.
  5. Sprinkle red pepper flakes and chopped cilantro on top, if desired.
