Vegan Avocado Toast

Instructions
- Toast the bread slices in a toaster or under the broiler until they are crispy and golden brown.
- While the bread is toasting, cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop the flesh into a small bowl and mash it with a fork.
- Add the lime juice, salt, and pepper to the mashed avocado and stir until combined.
- Spread the avocado mixture evenly onto each slice of toast.
- Sprinkle red pepper flakes and chopped cilantro on top, if desired.
