Easy Chilled Graham
Fruit Dessert
Hello! Aspiring Chefs and Food Lovers. Welcome back to Chef Miko's kitchen. Today we are preparing 'Graham Fruit Dessert'.
Ingredients
Plain Biscuit 1 boxMilk Cream 250 ml
Sweetened condensed milk 4-5 tbsp
Apple 2
Banana 3
Grapes 1 cup
Almonds 250 gm
Chocolate syrup(opt.)
Cherry, mango, pineapple(opt.)
Instructions
- Crush the biscuit coarsely by putting it in a zip-lock back and crushing it with a rolling pin.
- In another bowl mix milk cream and sweetened condensed milk.
- Wash the fruits. Chop the apples, cut the bananas, and dice the grapes.
- Put the almonds in a blender and blend till you get smooth almond powder.
- Add the fruits and almond powder to a bowl and mix.
- Take plastic cups. Add crushed biscuit then fruit then cream mixture and repeat till filled to the brim.
- Top it with cherry, mango, or pineapple (opt.)
- Chill it in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup (opt.) on top and serve.
