 Make Candy At Home


Konnichiwa! To all the aspiring chefs and food lovers. Today we are making candy at home from two simple ingredients. So grab your Toques, tie your aprons and let's get cooking.

Ingredients

  • Granulated Sugar       Half cup
  • Melted Butter             1 Tbsp

Instructions

  1. Put a non-stick pan on the stove on low flame and allow it to heat up for 3 mins. Before adding melted butter.
  2. Coat the pan with the butter before throwing in the granulated sugar.
  3. Continue cooking on low flame with continuous stirring.
  4. You will notice the change in color and texture.
  5. Once that happens turn of the stove and pour the mixture into lollipop molds.
  6. Allow it to cool down at room temperature. Take it out of the molds.
