 15-min Samosa At Home


Konnichiwa! To all the aspiring chefs and food lovers. Addressing mainly the Asian population, don'tyou love samosas? Want to quickly make it at home? A healthy samosa?  Well today I am going to tell you how to do it. So tie your aprons and let's head over to the stove.

Ingredients

  • Samosa wrap        1 pack
  • Cabbage                1 small
  • Carrots                  4
  • Potatoes                4 medium
  • Mix spice              3 Tbsp

Instructions

  1. Peel and boil the potatoes.
  2. Slice the cabbage into thin strips. Peel and dice the carrots into thin vertical strips.
  3. Put the pan on low heat on the stove and spray it with cooking oil. Now add the cabbage and carrot strips into it and Stir-Fry it.
  4. Put the boiled potatoes in a separate bowl and mash it into a fine paste.  Now add the stir-fried vegetables into the mixture along with the spice mix. Combine everything and your filling mixture is ready.
  5. Now take the samosa wrap and put a tbsp of filling mixture in it and fold into triangle shape. If the ends don't stick use water.
  6. Now repeat this process till you have a plate full of samosas. Then fry them in oil for a few minutes till golden-brown.
