Ingredients

  • 3                 Ripe Avocados
  • 1                 Jalapeno Peppers
  • 1 small       Red Onion
  • 2                 Tomatoes
  • 3                 Garlic Cloves
  • 1/4 cup       Lime Juice
  • 1/2 cup       Chopped Cilantro
  • To Taste     Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut avocados in half, remove pits, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
  2. Mash the avocados with a fork or potato masher to your desired consistency (chunky or smooth).
  3. Add the jalapeños, red onion, garlic, lime juice, tomatoes, and cilantro to the mashed avocados. Mix well.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust spice level by adding more jalapeños if desired.
  5. Let it sit for about 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
