- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- To Taste Salt & Pepper
For Assembly:
- 8 small Taco Shells/Tortillas
- 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
- 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
- 1 cup Sliced Jjalapeños
- 1 cup Sliced Avocado
- 1 cup Grated Cheese

Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic and sauté until fragrant and translucent, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the ground beef or turkey to the skillet, breaking it up with a spoon, and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat if necessary.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes with green chilies, chili powder, cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Simmer the mixture for another 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
- While the spicy taco filling simmers, warm your taco shells or tortillas according to the package instructions.
- Assemble your tacos by spooning the spicy meat mixture into each shell. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, jalapeños, avocado slices, and any other toppings you desire.
- Finish off with a dollop of sour cream, a sprinkle of grated cheese, and a garnish of fresh cilantro for that extra burst of flavor.
