Easy Tuna Fish Crurry: Spice it or Bland it

Introduction

This is an easy tuna fish curry recipe that can be prepared by using a canned tuna. The blend of flavours is amazing. According to your preference you can spice it up or spice it down. Either way its savoury and delish.


Ingredients

  • Drained Tuna              3 cans
  • Tomatoes                    3 medium
  • Cooking Oil                1/2 cup
  • Red Onion                   1 medium
  • Ginger                         1/2 Tsp
  • Garlic                          1/2 Tsp
  • Cumin                         1/2 Tsp
  • Red Chilli                    1 Tsp
  • Green Chilli                 5 seedless
  • Salt & Pepper              (To Taste)
  • Coriander                    (optional)

Instructions

  1. Put oil in pan and throw finely chopped red onion and stir fry it till brown.
  2. Add the chopped tomatoes in fry pan together with garlic, ginger, cumin, red chilli and salt. Stir fry for 10 minutes.
  3. Now add the canned tuna and stir fry for another 10 minutes.
  4. Top it with coriander and chopped green chilli.

Fry it,
