  • Boneless Chicken Breast/Tofu     450 g
  • Vegetable Oil                          2 Tbsp
  • Hoisin Sauce                         2 Tbsp
  • Cornstarch                            1 Tbsp
  • Onion                                  1
  • Garlic Cloves                          2
  • Bell Pepper                           1
  • Julienned Carrot                      1
  • Beans                                1 cup
  • Coriander                            1 cup

Instructions:
  1. In a bowl, combine the Hoisin sauce and cornstarch. Add the chicken/tofu slices to the bowl and toss until they are coated with the marinade. Let it sit for about 10 minutes.
