  • Elbow Macaroni                   250g
  • Butter                                    2 Tbsp
  • All-Purpose Flour                 2 Tbsp
  • Milk                                      2 cups
  • Shred. Cheddar Cheese        2 cups
  • Salt and Pepper                    (To Taste)

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to the package instructions until it's al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the flour and stir constantly for about 1-2 minutes until it forms a smooth paste.
  3. Slowly pour in the milk while whisking continuously to prevent lumps from forming. Keep whisking until the mixture thickens and comes to a simmer.
