Ingredients

Flour Tortillas
Black Beans (drained & rinsed)       15oz
Cooked Brown Rice                     1 cup
Salsa                                    1/2 cup 
Ground Cumin                           1 tsp
Chili Powder                             1/2 tsp

(Optional toppings: avocado, shredded lettuce, diced tomato, vegan cheese, cilantro)



Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the black beans, brown rice, salsa, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat the tortillas in the microwave or a heated skillet until they are soft and pliable.
