Ingredients

  • Apple                              1 medium   
  • Banana                            1 medium     
  • Greek Yogurt                   3 oz
  • Pure Pumpkin                 1 oz
  • Full Cream Milk             1/4 cup
  • Oats                                 1/4 cup
  • Ice cubes                          5 cubes

Instructions

  1. Add apple, banana, orange, pure pumpkin, greek yogurt, oats, full cream milk and ice cubes in a blender and mix.
  2. Puree ingredients till smooth. Transfer it to a glass.
