Konnichiwa! To all aspiring chefs and food lovers. Chef Mikoto brings to you an easy & healthy weight-loss coffee smoothie recipe, especially for coffee lovers that is both quick and delish. So put on your aprons, grab your Toques and let's head to the kitchen.

Ingredients

  • Greek yogurt          3 oz
  • Brewed Coffee       1/3 cup
  • Ice cubes              4
  • Banana                1/2
  • Milk                     1/3 cup
  • Honey                  1 Tbsp
  • Ground Flax Seed     1/2 Tbsp
  • Cinnamon               A pinch


Instructions

  1. Add brewed coffee, milk, greek yogurt, ground flax seed, banana, honey, cinnamon and ice cubes in a blender and mix.
  2. Puree ingredients till smooth. Transfer it to a glass.
