Weightloss Coffee Smoothie
Konnichiwa! To all aspiring chefs and food lovers. Chef Mikoto brings to you an easy & healthy weight-loss coffee smoothie recipe, especially for coffee lovers that is both quick and delish. So put on your aprons, grab your Toques and let's head to the kitchen.
Ingredients
- Greek yogurt 3 oz
- Brewed Coffee 1/3 cup
- Ice cubes 4
- Banana 1/2
- Milk 1/3 cup
- Honey 1 Tbsp
- Ground Flax Seed 1/2 Tbsp
- Cinnamon A pinch
Instructions
- Add brewed coffee, milk, greek yogurt, ground flax seed, banana, honey, cinnamon and ice cubes in a blender and mix.
- Puree ingredients till smooth. Transfer it to a glass.
