Easy & Quick Vegetable Omlet 


Hi! To all the Aspiring Chefs & Food-Lovers. Chef Mikoto brings to you a quick breakfast recipe to satiate your hunger when you are in a rush. So grab your aprons and let's head to the kitchen.

Ingredients

  • Eggs                     2
  • Carrots                  1 medium
  • Bell pepper             1 small
  • Onion                    1 small
  • Salt & pepper           To Taste

Instructions

  1. Wash your veggies.
  2. Peel the carrot and cut it into thin strips. Dice the bell pepper and onion into thin strips.
  3. Break eggs in a large bowl and add salt & pepper according to your taste. Whisk it all.
  4. Now add the veggies and mix.
  5. Put a pan on a stove and add unsalted butter.
  6. Once the butter is melted add your egg mixture. Cook both sides. Scramble it if you want.
