Easy & Quick Vegetable Omlet
Hi! To all the Aspiring Chefs & Food-Lovers. Chef Mikoto brings to you a quick breakfast recipe to satiate your hunger when you are in a rush. So grab your aprons and let's head to the kitchen.
Ingredients
- Eggs 2
- Carrots 1 medium
- Bell pepper 1 small
- Onion 1 small
- Salt & pepper To Taste
Instructions
- Wash your veggies.
- Peel the carrot and cut it into thin strips. Dice the bell pepper and onion into thin strips.
- Break eggs in a large bowl and add salt & pepper according to your taste. Whisk it all.
- Now add the veggies and mix.
- Put a pan on a stove and add unsalted butter.
- Once the butter is melted add your egg mixture. Cook both sides. Scramble it if you want.
