Easy & Quick Breakfast Platter
Hi! To all the Aspiring Chefs & Food-Lovers. Chef Mikoto brings to you a quick breakfast recipe to share with your family. So grab your aprons and let's head to the kitchen.
Ingredients
- Eggs 5
- Sausages 10
- Baby Tomatoes 12
- Sliced Mushrooms 1/2 cup
- Garlic cloves 2
- Parsley 1/2 cup
- Salt & pepper To Taste
- Olive oil 2 Tbsp
Instructions
- Cut the baby tomatoes into thin slices and chop the parsley. Finely chop the garlic.
- Take a 14-inch baking tray lined with aluminium foil. Put the sausages in it and roast it for 25 mins at 400°F. Till meat is cooked.
- Meanwhile, in a large bowl add tomatoes, mushrooms, garlic, oil, salt and pepper. Mix them all then add to a baking tray and roast for 10 minutes.
- While that is cooking, take your eggs to the stove and fry them in a pan.
- Take out both baking trays and add the veggie tray to the meat tray. Then add your fried eggs. Garnish it with parsley.
