Weightloss Berry-Green Smoothie


Konnichiwa! To all aspiring chefs and food lovers. Chef Mikoto brings to you another weight loss smoothie recipe that is both quick and delish. So put on your aprons, grab your Toques and let's head to the kitchen.

Ingredients
  • Spinach                     1 oz
  • Frozen Blueberries        1/4 cup
  • Frozen Raspberries       1/4 cup
  • Almond Milk                 1/2 cup
  • Ground Flax Seeds        1 Tbsp
  • Peanut Butter             1 Tbsp
  • Frozen Banana            1

Instructions

  1. Add banana, spinach, ground flax seeds, almond milk, peanut butter, frozen blueberries and frozen blueberries in a blender and mix.
  2. Puree ingredients till smooth. Transfer it to a glass.
