Weightloss Berry-Green Smoothie
Ingredients
- Spinach 1 oz
- Frozen Blueberries 1/4 cup
- Frozen Raspberries 1/4 cup
- Almond Milk 1/2 cup
- Ground Flax Seeds 1 Tbsp
- Peanut Butter 1 Tbsp
- Frozen Banana 1
Instructions
- Add banana, spinach, ground flax seeds, almond milk, peanut butter, frozen blueberries and frozen blueberries in a blender and mix.
- Puree ingredients till smooth. Transfer it to a glass.
