Easy Classic & Delicious
French Toast
Konnichiwa! To all the readers, food lovers and aspiring chefs. Welcome back to Chef Mikoto's Kitchen. As you know breakfast is the most important meal of the day but finding something that can be whipped in a few snaps and will be loved by all is difficult fret not as I bring to you a delish breakfast loved and cherished by all and it can be made in a jiffy. So grab your Toques and let's head to the workstation.
Ingredients
- 1 inch Challah Bread 4 slices
- Eggs 4
- Unsalted Butter 2 Tbsp
- Vanilla Extract 1/2 tsp
- Ground Cinnamon 1/2 tsp
- Milk 3/4 cup
Instructions
- Take a bowl and add the eggs, milk, vanilla extract and cinnamon. Whisk them till incorporated.
- Put a pan on low flame and add butter to the pan.
- Put the sliced bread into the mixture and let it soak for about a minute.
- Now put the soaked bread on the pan and cook till golden brown from both sides.
- Put on a wire rack for cooling.
- Transfer to a plate and add honey. Serve it with toppings of your choice.
