Easy 4 Ingredients Jam Cookies
Konnichiwa! To all aspiring chefs and food lovers. Welcome back to Chef Miko's kitchen. Today I share with you a simple 4 ingredients jam cookie recipe. So tie your aprons and let's get started.
Ingredients
- All-purpose flour 1 cup
- Raspberry Jam 1/2 cup
- Powdered Sugar 1/2 cup
- Oil 1/2 cup
Instructions
- Add flour and powdered sugar in a bowl and whisk them.
- Now add oil and mix. Knead with hands till dough forms.
- Now form small balls of dough.
- Transfer the small balls to a greased 11×15" baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Flatten the balls lightly by using a wooden spatula.
- Use the backside of the smallest measuring spoon to make indentations in the cookies.
- Fill the indentations with raspberry jam.
- Pop it into a preheated oven and bake at 180°C for 35-45 min.
- Cool it at room temperature on a wire rack, transfer it to a plate and serve.
