 Easy 4 Ingredients Jam Cookies


Konnichiwa! To all aspiring chefs and food lovers. Welcome back to Chef Miko's kitchen. Today I share with you a simple 4 ingredients jam cookie recipe. So tie your aprons and let's get started.

Ingredients

  • All-purpose flour           1 cup
  • Raspberry Jam            1/2 cup
  • Powdered Sugar           1/2 cup
  • Oil                           1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Add flour and powdered sugar in a bowl and whisk them.
  2. Now add oil and mix. Knead with hands till dough forms.
  3. Now form small balls of dough.
  4. Transfer the small balls to a greased 11×15" baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  5. Flatten the balls lightly by using a wooden spatula.
  6. Use the backside of the smallest measuring spoon to make indentations in the cookies.
  7. Fill the indentations with raspberry jam.
  8. Pop it into a preheated oven and bake at 180°C for 35-45 min.
  9. Cool it at room temperature on a wire rack, transfer it to a plate and serve.
