Easy Potato Cutlets from South-East


3 Ingredients Potato Cutlets/Kebab

Ingredients

Medium-sized potatoes          3
Salt                               1 tsp
Powder Spice Mix                3 tsp
Coriander leaves(optional)

(The quantity of spice mix and salt can be adjusted according to your taste.)



Instructions
  1. Wash the potatoes and peel them.
  2. Take a saucepan pour in 3 glasses of water and add potatoes to it. Bring it to a boil on low-medium flame.
  3. Now add the boiled potatoes into another bowl and mash them well.
  4. Now add salt, spice mix powder and coriander leaves and mix till well combined.
  5. Now roll the mixture into small balls.
  6. Press the small balls lightly so they become flat.
  7. Now take it over to the stove and cook it on a pan till golden brown from both sides on low-medium flame.
