Easy 3 Ingredients
Chocolate Cake
Konnichiwa! To all the aspiring chefs and foodies. Today Chef Mikoto is going to share an easy 3 Ingredients chocolate cake recipe with NO FLOUR, NO SUGAR, NO EGGS, NO BUTTER, NO CHOCOLATE, and NO COCOA POWDER. So get ready, grab your apron and let's head to the kitchen.
Ingredients
Chocolate Cookies 3 cupsMilk 1.5 cups
Baking Powder 2.3 tsp
Instructions
- Take the chocolate cookies and crush them into fine powder.
- Pour the powdered chocolate cookies into a bowl and add baking powder. Whisk the ingredients.
- Now pour milk into a saucepan and head over to the stove. Warm the milk.
- Now add the warm milk to your dry ingredients and whisk them.
- You will notice that your mixture will have small lumps at this point use an immersion blender to eradicate the lumps.
- You will notice that your batter has a smooth texture now.
- Take a molding tray and spray the cooking oil and line it with parchment paper. Remember to grease the parchment paper too.
- Add your batter to the molding tray.
- Now pop the molding tray into the preheated oven and bake it at 170°C for about 15 min.
- Let it cool at room temperature before taking it out of the molding tray.
- Once cooled, take it out of the molding tray.
- This is optional but highly recommended; you can lightly frost it with Nutella.
