Easy 2 Ingredients Milk Candy
Konnichiwa! To all my lovely readers. Chef Miko has brought to you a delish milk candy recipe. So grab your Toques and let's get started.
Ingredients
Corn Starch 400g
Sweet. Condensed milk 410ml
Instructions
- Start by adding cornstarch to a saucepan.
- Head over to the stove and roast the flour while continuously stirring for about 3-4 min. You will notice that the flour has stopped clumping.
- Once the corn starch is smooth and clumps have been eradicated turn off the stove.
- Take sweetened condensed milk and add it to the cornstarch. Mix it well till the ingredients are incorporated before starting to knead the dough.
- Knead the dough till it is smooth and soft having a delectable aroma.
- Now take small pieces from the dough and shape them into small balls.
- Roll the balls in cornstarch so that they don't stick.
- Cool it down and your delicious milk candy is ready.
